Do you have a recipe for this? I was thinking of doing something similar or a saison with ginger and lemongrass. Cheers!
Do you need the full recipe or just the details on the ginger & lemongrass? I added 4oz of fresh grated ginger with 15 minutes left on the boil & 1oz of dried lemongrass with 5 minutes left on the boil. I’ll probably double the lemongrass next time. I also used Sorrachi Ace for hopping as the lemony quality complemented things nicely.
